LBC Action is proud to partner with Fresh Tracks, a program of the Aspen Institute Forum for Community Solutions. In 2016, LBC Action Principal Martin LeBlanc and long-time collaborator Juan Martinez co-founded Fresh Tracks is response to a call from the Obama Administration for bold new programs that would use the outdoors to broaden horizons for diverse young Americans facing persistent opportunity gaps.
Today, Martinez is the Director of Fresh Tracks and the Deputy Director of the Forum for Community Solutions. Fresh Tracks provides young Indigenous, rural, and urban leaders with cross-cultural community-building skills, leadership development training, civic engagement opportunities, and resources for innovative youth and community-led action. We hope you’ll read the Fresh Tracks 2024 Annual Report, highlighting stories of youth leadership and the partnerships that made it all possible.
